I've spent the great part of my life doing what I thought others expected of me - and doing it well. #2 in my high school class, full scholarship to college, stable job with benefits, bought a house, got married, 2 dogs, kids, organic groceries, homemade meals and regular exercise. This could be a lot of people - but it wasn't me.

When the top of the mountain didn't feel as fulfilling as I thought it would, I had to find out who I was. And I have found that being able to consistently go back to my purpose and values - because I know what they are - guides me in every situation.

The more we know ourselves, the more we can intentionally shape our actions, creations, and relationships in a way that is authentic and true. We can be right with ourselves, the people around us, and with the world.
